RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

You may return your Sara Katherine Jacobson piece purchased online for an exchange or a refund provided the piece is received by us within

7 calendar days from the date of original delivery to you.

When returning or exchanging your piece, please ensure that

your piece is in perfect condition in its original packaging. Pieces with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (engraved, embossed, resized) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. We cannot accept returned products that have been worn, used, altered or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse return of any item that does not meet the above return requirements as determined in our sole discretion. Note that you will be refunded for the returned products only,

the initial order shipping charges will not be refunded.
