Each SKJ piece is created with intention and care. Due to the handcrafted and often made-to-order nature of our jewelry, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.

Custom, made-to-order, or personalized pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you experience any issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@sarakatherinejacobson.com with photos and a description.

SKJ jewelry is designed to be both sensorial and enduring, but proper care is essential.

We recommend:

• Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals
• Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising
• Store pieces in a dry, soft-lined environment
• Clean gently with a soft cloth

Some pieces incorporate moving or tactile elements—handle them with care to preserve their integrity.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at info@sarakatherinejacobson.com with:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Supporting photographs

We will review and resolve the matter accordingly.

Prices listed do not include taxes or import duties.

For international orders:

• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country
• These fees are not controlled by SKJ and are non-refundable
